G'day! We’re Brian and Simon a couple of friends from Australia that made the choice to leave our day jobs to focus on our passions. We strive to be the best versions of ourselves by optimising our minds and bodies through our love of fitness, martial arts, breathwork, movement and nutrition.  We believe that nature already holds the keys to optimising our wellbeing and unlocking our true potential, so why mess with it?
