Shipping Rates

  • All orders $100 and over will receive free shipping worldwide by Alpha Dynamics’ designated courier.
  • For orders under $100:
    • United States: the shipping cost is $5
    • Canada: the shipping cost is $10
    • Australia/New Zealand: the shipping cost is $12
    • Rest of the world: the shipping cost is $15

  • We are an Australian based company, but our dispatching facilities are in the United States. All orders and shipping rates are subject to US Dollar pricing and adjustments are based on the exchange rate between the U.S. and your specific country.

    ***For UK customers, you are subject to taxation in the form of customs, duties, and/or brokerage fees. These charges are implemented by the Government Agencies and are under no control of Alpha Dynamics. If you refuse your package due to unwillingness to pay duties/taxes and your package is returned to us, your shipping charge will not be refunded.

    Shipping Times & Tracking

    • All orders will be processed and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days.
    • For United States orders, the average shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
    • For all other countries, the average shipping time is around 10 to 15 business days.
    • You can refer to your confirmation email anytime and select “Track my Shipment” to view up-to-date the status of your shipment.
    • If your package has not arrived after the calculated estimated time or you received missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact us at support@alphadynamicshelth.com. We are happy to help resolve any shipping problems.
    • In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled, and a refund processed.

    IMPORTANT: Our warehouse processes orders immediately after they are placed. Changes/cancellations are not possible once orders are processed through our automated system.

      *Please note that we do not ship deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and on Australian and United States public holidays.

      **Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our dispatch times for standard delivery can increase to 3-4  business days due to the high volume of orders.

      Customs, Duties & Taxes

      • International Orders may be subject to Customs or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered to. Alpha Dynamics is not responsible for paying fees or rates charged by custom. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees and rates.
      • If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us (if you haven't paid it yet).
      • International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. Alpha Dynamics is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process. Please check with your local customs agency as to whether your country will allow these types of organic herbal products in.
      • Alpha Dynamics is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, and returns it back to us, we can issue you a refund for the order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in a resell-able condition.
      • In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

        **Please be reminded to review your country’s Importation regulations carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs in accordance with their prohibition policies

        Returns and Refund

        • We don't accept returns for opened products because our products are all food items and therefore are of a perishable nature. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at support@alphadynamicshealth.com
        • For return of full boxes of our products (un-opened), please submit a request at support@alphadynamicshealth.com. We can only accept returns for unopened packages from orders placed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
        • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
        • Refunds will be processed either by; refunding to credit card used for purchase or refunding PayPal transactions
        • Please allow within to 3 weeks to receive your refund. This allows us time to receive your product from transit, the time to process your return once we have received and the time to process payment. ​
